By using any service or feature provided by Ancestors via the ancestors.co.uk and associated domain names you must agree with our terms and conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before agreeing as agreement validates a binding contract between Ancestors and the buyer. Only through acceptance of the terms that follow herein, you will be entitled to submit electronic orders. If you do not accept the implications of our terms, do not attempt to use our services in any way.

6 - Alterations & Substitutions
Section 1 - Definitions
1.1 -Ancestors- refers to Ancestors.
1.2 -Buyer- means the representative of the person or company making a purchase through our site.
Section 2 - Pricing & Payment
2.1 Prices are as published on www.trade.ancestors.co.uk or other trade sites unless superseded by a price agreed between Ancestors Group and the buyer.
2.2 All prices are subject to VAT among other taxes.
2.3 The first order made on the site is to be paid in advance either by cheque or credit card. If an account is required, a reference will be needed.
2.4 Payment must be made strictly within 30 days of invoice generation.
2.5 We reserve the right to charge accounts outstanding over 30 days a surcharge of 1.75% plus a daily interest rate of 3% above the Nat West bank rate prevailing at the time.
Section 3 - Carriage & Delivery
3.1 Carriage will be charge at a minimum delivery charge of £10.00 for all UK mainland. If the delivery location refers outside of the UK you will be subject to pay international carriage charges.
3.2 Orders valued below £500 will be subject to pay carriage charge.
3.3 Minimum carriage charge is £10.00. Carriage charge may exceed this value.
3.4 Minimum order value is £250.
3.5 Ancestors Group will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery for any reason beyond reasonable control. Ancestors Group reserves the right to supply part quantities of an order and to deliver the balances at a later date. Delivery is considered to be affected and the responsibility of the buyer begins when the products are received, either as part or whole of an order, by the buyer. All goods remain the property of Ancestors Group until paid for in full, but the risk transfers to the buyer on delivery.
Section 4 - Returns & Warranty
4.1 Claims for damaged goods or shortages will not be accepted unless notified to Ancestors Group within 7 days where by Ancestors Group reserve the right to examine the products. If Ancestors Group deems that the product is satisfactory to be refunded, the buyer-s money will be refunded as soon as possible. If Ancestors Group deems that the product is not satisfactory to be refunded, the product will be delivered to the buyer.
4.2 Claims for non-delivery will not be accepted unless Ancestors Group is notified within 7 days of invoice date.
4.3 Carriage will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Section 5 - Confidentiality
5.1 As a buyer, when an account is registered it is agreed that the representative voluntarily submitted any information and that it is accurate.
5.2 The buyer will not hold us liable if your account is breached. Do not use simple passwords.
5.3 The buyer understands that we will not distribute their personal information to third parties.
5.4 The buyer accepts that they are responsible for any activity within the site on their part.
5.5 Cookies are used throughout the site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. They are also used after you have logged in as part of that process. If you disable cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Section 6 - Alterations & Substitutions
6.1 Ancestors Group reserves the right to supply products which may differ from the previous design or catalogue illustration and accept that said products may be returned for credit if in perfect condition within 14 days, if not required.
6.2 The terms may change at any given moment. You will be required to accept the new terms if you wish to make any form of payment.
Section 7 - Law Complicity
7.1 These conditions shall take effect in all respects according to English Law and shall be justifiable in the Courts of England to the jurisdiction of which the Buyer and Ancestors Group submit.
