Queen Mary's Stomacher pendant

This beautiful gold-plated pendant features a delicate flower and leaf wreath design with a large hanging Bohemian crystal. 

Stomachers first became popular in the fifteenth century and were designed to cover the front of the bodice. This set of jewellery is inspired by an eight-inch-long Victorian stomacher given by Queen Mary to Queen Elizabeth II as a wedding gift in 1947.

Measurements

The pendant is 4.5cm (1.8in) wide and 5cm (2in) long.

The chain is 44cm (17in) long with a 6cm (2.4in) extension chain.
