Pewter replica of the Coronation Chair built by Edward I, to enclose the stone of Scone, called the Stone of Destiny, upon which the ancient Kings of Scotland were crowned. Every Sovereign of England since then except Edward V, Mary I, Mary II and Edward VIII, has been crowned in this chair.
